Here is a list of crop for BEGINNER.

Garlic Chives, Leek, Pak Choy, Spinach, Lettuce, Baby Radish.

GROW what you EAT

I have made this mistake before when I GREW something but we do not eat this vegetable in the family.

Grow something you and your family EAT on a WEEKLY basis.

Even if you do not eat it right away, you can either store or PRESERVE the food.

Raw Vegetables
Fresh Seeds

SELECT the GOOD from the BAD seeds.

It happened to EVERYONE of us, when you plant, WAIT for weeks and nothing is growing. The reason might be because the seed was EXPIRED or gone BAD.

A BASIC test to check if you seed if BAD:

Put the seeds you are planting in a bowl of water, the seeds at the bottom are GOOD, the floating seeds are BAD
