How much is your architectural fee?
Our architectural fee depends on the NATURE and COMPLEXITY of the project. We usually charge either as FIXED rate, PERCENTAGE base or HOURLY rate. Send us your Design Brief to help us define the Scope of Work and give an accurate fee proposal.
What kind of services does an architectural company provide?
Our services range from drawing for PERMIT, 3D ARTISTIC impression to SUPERVISION during construction.
How long does an average project take?
On average a project takes around 10 to 16 weeks from our FIRST meeting to the final AGREED design depending on the RESPONSIVENESS of the Client.
Is that your best price, could you lower your fees?
Once proposed, our architectural fee is FIXED as we base our BEST quotation according to your Design Brief and the associated Scope of Work.
What types of projects do you specialize in?
We specialize in RESIDENTIAL and small scale projects as we aim at delivering QUALITY services.
We had our plans drawn by someone else, can you sign on them?
We do NOT encourage such practice because we VALUE our profession. We will only take full LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY for drawings drawn by Archiplus.
