Incorporating modern tropical elements, this house maximizes indoor-outdoor connection with a spacious veranda for shade and outdoor living. The intricate roof design floods the interiors with natural light through high windows, seamlessly blending contemporary style with the breathtaking view of the Moka mountain range.
This house blends tradition and modernity, following vastu principles. Two skylights flood the main living area with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. The living area seamlessly extends to a private pool and kiosk, providing a serene setting for outdoor gatherings.
The modern and tropical architecture of this house seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. A central private pool takes center stage, encircled by the house and a kiosk. The sloped roof not only provides aesthetic appeal but also serves a functional purpose, directing sunlight towards solar PV panels while discreetly concealing the water tank.

The site is located in a residential area at Pamplemousse. The owner's design brief was a house of 150m2 on G+1. Being aware of the owner's strict budget, we managed to provide a unique design with cost effective structural elements without compromising on spacial experience.
